  • Selected topic/category for organization
  • Timestamp of submission for auto-deletion
  • Content warnings applied by moderators

This data is:

  • Never linked to identity

  • Only accessible to necessary moderation staff

4. Auto-Deletion Policy (Data Retention)

All user-generated content is automatically and permanently deleted after 48 hours from posting.

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered by users, administrators, or any third party. Our systems are designed to ensure complete erasure.

5. Safety & Moderation

To maintain a safe environment, WhisperField implements:

Human Verification

Simple checks to prevent bots and spam. No personal data is collected during this process.

Admin Moderation

Real people review anonymous content to remove harmful material. Moderators cannot identify users.

Content Warnings

Sensitive content is marked based on anonymous review. No profiling data is generated.

6. Cookies & Tracking

WhisperField is designed with privacy-first principles:

  • No tracking cookies: We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising.
  • No analytics tools: We do not use analytics tools that identify or profile users.

We use minimal infrastructure services to operate the platform:

  • Do not receive personal data from WhisperField
  • Do not have access to user identity
