Not a private messaging or encrypted service
Important: All content posted on WhisperField is publicly accessible to anyone using the platform during its 48-hour lifespan. Do not share information you wish to keep private.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Content
You are solely responsible for all content you post on WhisperField. You agree not to post, transmit, or share content that:
Content that targets individuals or groups with harassment, threats, or abuse
Content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Sexual exploitation material, explicit illegal content, or content that violates laws regarding sexual material
Content encouraging self-harm, suicide, violence, or dangerous illegal activities
Your own or others' personal information (addresses, phone numbers, identification numbers, etc.)
Instructions for or promotion of illegal activities, including hacking, fraud, or drug manufacturing
By posting content on WhisperField, you affirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You retain no claim to content after its 48-hour lifespan expires.
4. Content Moderation & Enforcement
WhisperField reserves the right to moderate content to maintain a safe environment. This includes:
- Content Removal: We may remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice or explanation
- Access Restrictions: We may restrict or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior
- Legal Cooperation: We will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where legally required, though our ability to identify users is limited by our privacy-focused design
- Moderation Decisions: All moderation decisions are final and at our sole discretion
While we make reasonable efforts to moderate content, we cannot review every post. Users share responsibility for reporting inappropriate content.
5. No Guarantees & Service "As Is"
WhisperField is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
Availability
No guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service
Data Preservation
No guarantee that content will be preserved or accessible at all times
Error-Free Operation
No guarantee that the platform will be free from bugs or other sensetive whispers
Security
No guarantee of complete security against unauthorized access or whisper breaches
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhisperField, its creator, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any user-generated content, including content that is offensive, inappropriate, or harmful
- Emotional distress, psychological impact, or any other consequences resulting from reading or interacting with content on the platform
- Temporary or permanent loss of data or content
- Misuse of the platform by users, including violations of these terms
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any actions or inactions of third parties related to the platform
You acknowledge that you use WhisperField at your own discretion and risk. The platform is designed for anonymous, temporary sharing and should be used with appropriate caution.
7. Termination & Access Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to WhisperField at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Engaging in abusive or harmful behavior
- Attempting to circumvent platform restrictions or anonymity features
- Technical or security reasons
- Legal or regulatory requirements
No Obligation to Notify: We have no obligation to provide notice or explanation for access restrictions or terminations. Decisions regarding access are final.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of significant changes.
